You are a go getter, sports orientated and understand that client relationships are everything. As our Business Development Executive you will be prospecting for new clients, solidifying them as clients, and then account managing the new clients to ensure they are happy with the Agency work. You will be assisting our existing clients attain sponsorship and endorsements and building strong relationships with their current sponsors. You should be competitive and driven, with a strong work ethic and experience in consultative sales. You must demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills while connecting with prospective clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CEO in the implementation of sales strategy and strategic sales planning to increase overall Agency revenues

  • Develop sales proposals for potential clients

  • Contact leads through multiple channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) to generate initial interest that provokes subsequent meetings

  • Ability to meet and exceed outbound activities (calls, emails, social media activity) to attract the right prospects

  • Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with current clients

  • Networks with leading and emerging companies in non-traditional sports sponsorship categories to analyze current and emerging trends.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline

  • Passion for Sports and Sales is a huge plus

  • Two years of lead generation experience

  • Goal oriented and assertive mentality

  • Strong persuasion skills

  • Razor-sharp verbal and quantitative skills

  • Independent worker able to take initiative, recognize potential for process improvement

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with autonomy to support business objectives in an extremely fast-paced environment

To start, this is a commission based position. Your sales and revenue generation results will transform this position from commission to a salary and commission based position.
