Senior Manager of Sales at WinSport

The Senior Manager, Sales is responsible for the coordination, development and overall management of a team of Sales Specialists so as to successfully drive revenue growth. This role will require the incumbent to develop and implement strategies for sourcing new streams of revenue & improving client retention. Further duties include the overall management of events at WinSport and ensuring standards of customer service and accountability are adhered to by the sales team.


  • Create and control annual budgets for while monitoring and adjusting key sales tracking and growth targets.

  • Plan & direct the activities of the sales team; delegating tasks appropriately to sales team members.

  • Formulate sales strategies and execute those strategies through effective utilization of the sales team.

  • Identify new business opportunities utilizing a variety of sourcing methods.
