Multisport Workshop: Multisport – The Actions We Can Take

"Multi-sport participation in the early LTAD (Long Term Athlete Development) stages is recognized as a key ingredient to promote ongoing sport participation, develop overall athleticism, and reduce injuries and burnout. However, multi-sport programs and participation continue to be limited in number across Canada. If we all agree that multi-sport should be the new normal, how can we work together to make it a reality?”

On January 22, Sport for Life and Active for Life are hosting a workshop and discussion to devise strategies for implementing more multi-sport programming.
