Sport Organization Member (Voting)

As per Sport Calgary bylaws (article 2.1.1.i) Sport Organization Member (Voting) shall be a sport association, group, or organization, presently involved in sport within Calgary, as approved by the Board of Directors.  The official voting representative of the Sport Organization Member shall be determined by that sport association, group, or organization.

As a sport organization member, you will receive:

• Regular information from Sport Calgary regarding the latest information & updates about government policy, sport participation, facility development and more that impacts Calgary’s Community Sport sector. 

• The opportunity to participate as a presenting partner in All Sport One Day, All Sport One City, and All Sport One Community. 

• The opportunity to promote your sport events on Sport Calgary event listings

• Free posting on Sport Calgary Job & Volunteer board for your recruitment needs

• Listing in our online Member Directory

• The opportunity to feature in a member profile video and the Sport Stories section of our website

• Complimentary tickets to our annual Celebration of Sport event

• Access to support services (including, but not limited to: grant resources, governance assistance, workshops, networking events)

• An invitation and have the right to vote at the AGM and any Special Meetings of Sport Calgary

• Receive a certificate honouring your commitment to sport in Calgary
  

There is no cost for an organization to become a member of Sport Calgary. Once your application has been approved, you will be invite to complete your member profile via email.
