University of Windsor: FREE Online Psychological Skills Training for Para Athletes

As world renowned researchers and mental performance consultants in the field of sport psychology and disability sport (Frank Ely PhD student, Dr. Krista Chandler, Dr. Todd Loughead, Dr. Jeffrey Martin), the University of Windsor is excited to share the launch of their FREE online psychological skills training (PST) program for para athletes.

These 8 interactive online modules, focused on such skills as goal setting, routines and arousal regulation, are evidence based and designed specifically for para athletes. This was funded by SSHRC as Sport Canada.
